Dr Rae Subramaniam is an academic with extensive experience in HR Training, Teaching and Consulting.
She has a postgraduate Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India and has completed her Doctorate from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. Her thesis established the relationship between organizational learning, organizational climate and organization innovation in the Australian Hospitality Industry.
She is passionate in the learning and teaching strategies of International students especially from the sub-continent.
Martin Kelly is Turnitin's Marketing Manager for the Asia Pacific region.
His focus is on working to build resources for educators. He will be moderating this webinar.
